What really separates the series above other similarly themed shows are the relatable characters and the performances of the actors. Treat Williams and Gregory Smith will probably get the most praise, but this is really an ensemble drama. Every character has their time to shine and are important to the series.
The Hunger is a top notch horror anthology with creative cameramen and the appearance of high production values.
Fans of MST3K will be delighted that Nelson, Murphy, and Corbett have continued to make fun of movies. And for those like me who haven’t quite jumped onto the Rifftrax bandwagon just yet, this should convince you.
[A]s much of a fan of this show as I am, the demands on Seth MacFarlane must be stretching him really thin because this volume really starts to showcase how far this show has fallen lately.

The real strength of this volume is that majority of the shorts all teach kids to “not judge a book by its cover”. Although, some the material in these shorts could go right over the heads of younger viewers.

At times, this series is eerily similar to The Practice. Then, other times, Raising the Bar is like a combination of all the past Steven Bochco shows as well. At least the cases that revolve around all the lawyer drama are somewhat interesting to watch.

You really have to be of a certain age to enjoy Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience. This is more like a subpar version of last year’s Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: The Best of Both Worlds. Just insert the Jonas Brothers and away you go.
The film is just downright awful making being bound and tortured probably more enjoyable then watching this for an hour and a half. Killing I can do without no matter what you put me through. HA…the irony here is that watching B.T.K. is torture. If you are bound while watching it though; I don’t wish to know about it.
The Secret Life of the American Teenager is still one of the best teenage soap operas ever created, and it’s pretty much “must-watch” viewing for families with teenagers in them. It’s just a shame that this series is still on ABC FAMILY and not ABC.
